Shipping

Ultra PRO ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and most countries. All orders will be sent tracking info once shipped. Shipping is calculated in checkout.

We offer Ground Advantage (5-7 days), Standard (3-5 days), and Expedited shipping (1-3 days) for domestic orders. International orders will show calculated in Checkout. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Duties and fees for international orders are not included in checkout.

Shipping time does not include processing time. Orders placed before 12pm EST are usually fulfilled same-day unless there is an influx of orders from a large sale. During large sales, fulfillment times can extend beyond 5 business days.

Orders placed with Expedited Shipping after 9am EST will be shipped next business day. Weekend express orders will be shipped on Monday.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation from the order page in your account. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 days of delivery of returned item(s). Items that are final sale and not returnable are noted on the product page. We do not pay for return shipping. We do not accept returns of orders that are placed at brick and mortar retail stores, online marketplaces, or trade shows.
