The binder was not properly wrapped in plastic, and somewhere along the manufacturing or shipping process it touched something dirty. So, it arrived dirty and stained. I know this isn’t an isolated thing for this item, because all the same pokemon binders were dirty in Best Buy (which is why I ordered it online thinking this would not be an issue). I tried to reach out through customer service for a replacement or my money back, and someone originally responded and asked for pictures. However, after responding with pictures, no one responded back (even with a reminder from me) and it has been a week.
