Blurry as fudge
I was looking forward to this mat because of the movie reference (Planet of the Apes) But it's so blurry even a mole couldn't enjoy it
This item was fine but…
Be careful ordering Ultra Pro products. You can order something - have your order be delayed and rescheduled multiple times for “low stock” while simultaneously watching them restock and sell out multiple times all while never never shipping you your order only to wake up to a cancellation email months later. I won’t be ordering there products anymore - just tell me right away I won’t be getting it.
Customer service needs work.
I received the mat with a dent in it so I emailed customer service to get a replacement. They apologized and offered a refund. I just wanted what I bought but brand new and no defects. I asked if they could send it to me when they get a restock and I'd happily send the damaged one back. They told me they're not sure if the item was getting restocked but the website said it was and showed them a screenshot of it. They spent days not bothering to respond, seemingly ghosting me like another customer already complained about. Only to tell me that I'd have to order it again and I'd be refunded. I don't wanna wait around to order an item I already bought just to do it again. What's so hard about sending me the new one when you get it back in stock? At this point I took the refund and have lost faith in buying your product. If yall had real competition I'd be willing to bet you'd try harder to make sure people bought from you.
